Return and Exchange Policy

Bzz Box accepts returns or exchanges on items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer.

Email thebzzbox@gmail.com to return or exchange an item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original form of payment in 5 business days.

Mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from receipt of original order. Item must be returned in original packaging.
